Publish a Reward

For a Reward to be considered live and usable within Loyalty Essentials, it must have a status of Publish.

To publish a Reward:

1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Rewards > Rewards from the side navigation menu. The Rewards screen is displayed.

2. Search for the desired Reward (see Search for a Reward for more information on the available search options).

3. Next to the desired Reward, from the Status drop-down menu, select Publish. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.

You can also publish a Reward from the Reward Details screen:

1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Rewards > Rewards from the side navigation menu. The Rewards screen is displayed.

2. Search for and select the desired Reward (see Search for a Reward for more information on the available search options). The Reward Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

3. To publish the Reward, from the Status drop-down menu in the Reward header area, select Publish. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
